His To Breed now Given to the Savage is LIVE ON AMAZON

It took some work but His To Breed has been re-titled, re-blurbed and had the cover modified and is now live on Amazon! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the adult tagging saga is behind me.

Below is the original blurb which we've watered down for Amazon as well as a buy link. I do have a HUGE favor to ask those of you who bought the book when it was up as His To Breed. It would help me tremendously in sales ranks and visibility if those of you who bought His To Breed would return the book to Amazon and re-buy it as Given to the Savage. Amazon allows up to 7 days for a return with a full refund so it wouldn't cost you anything and the process is very easy - I'll detail it below:

  • On Amazon's main page, hover over 'Your Account' (next to the search field) and a menu will open.
  • Click on 'Manage Your Content and Devices'
  • Find His To Breed on your list and click on the 'Actions' button (little box with 3 dots inside it)
  • Click on 'Return for Refund'
  • Confirm by clicking once more on 'Return for Refund' (no need to fill in the reason, it will show up as 'other')
Whether or not you do this, I want to say how much I appreciate your support. I've had more e-mails and private messages of support in the last couple of days as I've tried to remain calm and not break down over the adult tag craziness than I ever expected. You're all awesome. Thank you so much.

Blurb

In the aftermath of a plague which brought civilization to its knees and left most of the world’s female population sterile, breeders—the few women who remain fertile—have become a precious commodity. Breeders live in relative comfort, but upon reaching adulthood they are tasked with bearing one child after another to carry on the species. Frequent medical assessments keep the breeders healthy and harsh punishments keep them in line.

As a breeder who has just come of age, Rowan knows she will soon be little more than a slave, but when she dares to resist her fate the penalty is severe. After a shameful, public chastisement and a thorough, humiliating examination to determine her suitability for child-bearing, Rowan is given to a savage from outside the community—a huge brute of a man named Silas—to be bred.

Against all expectations, Rowan finds herself drawn to her new captor. Brave, ruggedly handsome, and even kind at times, Silas is everything the men who enslaved her were not. When the time comes for him to breed her, despite the circumstances something deep inside her begs for him to take her long and hard. But while she soon finds herself longing to be his forever, Rowan knows that eventually those who gave her to him will try to take her back. When that day comes will Silas fight to keep her at his side even if it means risking everything he loves?

Publisher’s Note: Given to the Savage is an erotic novel that includes spankings, sexual scenes, extensive medical play, anal play, elements of BDSM, and more. If such material offends you, please don’t buy this book.

I'm so happy to hear you were able to work through the issues with Amazon and that the book is backnup for sale. So sorry you had to go through this Natasha.

Al that brew-ha-ha over a little bit of bare hip? Seriously? I thought it was because she looked young (and thus, underage). Even though in the book she is clearly stated to be in her 20's. Will the story remain the same in the new version? Glad to see you were able to resolve this with Amazon.

I am very excited to to the one to leave the first Amazon review. 5 star of course. Remember, I am a reader not a writer but I did the best I could.

Thank you, I hope it stays resolved!! The heroine is 24 and it's even stated in the blurb.

Oh thank goodness it's back up! I'm heading over to leave my review! Sorry you had to compromise on title and crop your amazing cover, but hopefully this will pass by the Amazon gods. Happy re-release day!

Congrats Natasha, I'm glad you've worked through your Amazon issues. Was it the title of the first release or the cover that got you in the Amazon dog house?

Returned old and purchased the new. A cryin' shame to get rid of the old cover and title, but their replacements are very good too. Good luck with this one, Natasha:)

I bought the new one, but I'm reluctant to return the old. I really like that cover and I'm in the middle of reading it now. So, I think I'll keep both. Fingers crossed for you, Natasha, but I suspect this one will stay out of the dungeon and keep climbing.

Followed instructions and returned the old in order to buy the new. Hated to lose that cover but understood reasons. What I don't understand is why Amazon gets to control what you can write and what I can read. Me thinkith we have given them to much power and it is going to their heads. Hmmm... Well no matter what you have written another wonderful story and you have overcome their closed mindedness. I think this is your best yet. Have a wonderful weekend ;D

Thanks Melody. I'm hoping to stay out too..

The title - they didn't like the word breed and some words in the blurb and we adjusted the cover just in case. I think I just got unlucky but I'm glad it's resolved now and I'm hoping it stays resolved. Thanks for your comment and for sharing my post on FB. I appreciate that.

Thank you Trent. Me too by the way...

Thank you Kathryn but I'll feel bad if you don't return the old so return it. I do appreciate your support always. Thank you very much.
